We will keep the personal data that the company needs for the performance of the contract for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract and for five years after the end of the calendar year in which the contract has ended, unless a longer retention period would be necessary due to a dispute relating to the contract. In such case, we will retain your personal data for 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the court decision, arbitration or court settlement becomes final or, if there has been no litigation, for 5 years after the end of the calendar year from the date of amicable settlement of the dispute.
